I have always purchased the most inexpensive yoga mats in the past, but none of them lasted, or they just did not perform well. This is the most luxurious yoga mat I have ever used. I'm so glad I treated myself to a good quality mat!

I recently bought my second mat from Yoga Strong - that's how much I love these mats. The stap was an added bonus but I'm really happy to have it. It works so well, is thoughtfully constructed and looks great!
LOVE my mat!
I’m new to the work out life, but in my short time i’ve been in it, i’ve had 2 other mats that were very poor quality. I was slipping, my feet were burning, and my balance was off. This mat has been SO amazing! I’ve used it for 3 classes now and i’ve made the comment every time, I truly feel like I’m on a luxury mat. What do those dots on the backside of the towel do?
The silicone nubs on the backside purposefully grip any surface they come into contact with, thereby giving you freedom of movement on your Yoga Strong Towel without sliding or bunching up. Whether your towel is on top of your mat, or on a carpet, or on a hardwood floor, the silicone nubs will both protect and enhance your movement.
